Strove runs Docker for you, allowing for consistent development. If you want to run Docker container inside Strove you'll effectively be running Docker in Docker, or Docker parallel to Docker. To make such feature work we would need to allow administrator access for each user and this introduces a whole subset of security issues. Enterprise version does not suffer from this limitation as all the containers belong to the same company, making it safe to provide host access in many cases.
